Complaints

What to do if things go wrong

We believe that we are an open and approachable school and we hope that, if a problem arises, you will be able to talk about it informally with the class teacher or your child's tutor in the first instance, then a member of the Senior Leadership Team if the issue is not resolved.

If, however, the issue remains unresolved, please make an appointment and come in and see the headteacher, Mrs. Keily-Theobald.

If the matter remains unresolved, you should submit your complaint in writing to the Clerk to the Governors, Danny Holland danny.holland@downland.wilts.sch.uk, who will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and inform the governors. Should you wish, you can also contact the Chair of Governors.
